The After Sales Service Manager is responsible for planning after-sales services, managing repair requests, overseeing the team of technicians, and resolving customer issues.

Kewajiban

• Plan after-sales services, handle repair requests for various projects, and manage the team of technicians and after-sales service staff.
• Oversee the repair request system across different channels and resolve customer issues according to standards.
• Manage and inspect project systems in collaboration with the construction department.
• Monitor, plan, and review issues encountered by customers, prepare summary reports, and present them to relevant parties for project development.
• Supervise and manage the team to ensure they complete their assigned tasks effectively.

Kualifikasi

• Hold a basic education diploma (Vocational Certificate, Higher Vocational Certificate, or equivalent) or a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in experience in building maintenance.
• Certified in knowledge and skills for internal building electrical work.
• Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, hardworking, and committed to professional growth.
• Understand construction or system issues and can resolve on-site problems.
• Able to work effectively in a team.
• Able to withstand internal and external pressures.
• Proficient in planning and organizing tasks in order of priority.
• Strong skills in analyzing and solving problems on the spot.
