At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people. We are looking for a full-time Performance Engineer in Bangkok to apply engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field and work alongside passionate teammates.

Kewajiban

• Contribute to site target definition using site QCD objectives and APSYS roadmap
• Support each department in APSYS deployment by providing on field expertise on APSYS tools and much more
• Lead APSYS audits in other sites
• Benchmark and toolbox evolution
• Report monthly deployment status to Site Service Director and APSYS Central team
• Practice (and host) internal and external benchmarks
• Identify good practices and transmit them to the APSYS Community
• Participate as trainer to global training program (ex : TrAMway)
• Prepare and participate to events of the APSYS community

Kualifikasi

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related field
• Experience or understanding of…

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing set up to drive operational excellence processes.
