allnex is inviting fresh graduates to join as a Process Innovation Engineer in Rayong, Thailand, offering an opportunity to manage and support Process Innovation and Improvement Projects in a collaborative environment focused on sustainability.

Kewajiban

• Manage the engineering part of process innovation projects in the Process Innovation Laboratory as well as engineering support of the transfer of the new products to the production scale.
• Planning, design, purchase, assembling and commissioning of experimental equipment required for execution of specific experimental projects at laboratory and pilot scale.
• Responsible for engineering assessment and preparation of introduction of new products and processes in manufacturing practice.
• Introduction and implementation of new in-line analytical process control methods in manufacturing practice.
• Search for improvement opportunities in the manufacturing processes with focus on safety, sustainability, cost, capacity, and productivity optimization and energy foot.

• Deep understanding of process engineering principles.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
