We are seeking an Application Chemist to gain an in-depth understanding of our Powder Coating Resins portfolio at Allnex, focusing on formulation preparation, material characterisation, coating application, and comparative benchmarking.
Kewajiban
• Support TSBD Manager, Application lab lead for AIMS, WR, TR, lab works and prioritize to assure execution as plan
• Plan and execute specific work programs to contribute to the development of enhanced and new products
• Maintain traceable test data / Instrumental management
• Contribute to cross functional project teams to deliver new product development that meet market technical needs on agreed timescales
• Ownership of ISO systems at TSBD lab and assure its compliance on company policies, environmental and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
• Fresh graduates in the field of Chemistry are encouraged to apply.
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably with proven expertise in coatings.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in presentation and communication.
• Demonstrates analytical thinking.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
