The Associate Director - AAGI P&C Underwriting - Non Motor in Bangkok is responsible for reviewing and suggesting terms and conditions for non-motor insurance proposals, implementing changes to the underwriting process, and improving existing processes.

Kewajiban

• Review & Suggest Term and Condition of Non-motor condition & quotation for each proposal
• Responsible for identifying and implementing necessary changes to Non motor Underwriting Process to perform its optimum ability to cope with challenging and diverse role.
• Review new and existing processes, to make any necessary changes for improvement.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 3 years of experiences in a project management, business analysis, and process improvement using an agile mindset
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience on software development teams
• Experience of programme co-ordination/administration
• Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle
• Experience of working within a structured project management framework
• Required to possess Non-Motor Insurance technical expertise and experience. Interpretation of Non-motor insurance contract.
• Understand basic and intermediary insurance technical knowledge and policy terms & conditions of non-motor insurance e.g. property / fire, personal accident, travel accident and casualty insurance
