The HR Organization Development Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management, while fostering a culture aligned with business objectives.

Kewajiban

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop organizational structures aligned with business strategies and goals.
• Conduct organizational diagnosis to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead change management initiatives to foster a culture that aligns with business needs.
• Develop strategies for employee skill enhancement across all levels of the organization.
• Design and manage Talent Development and Succession Planning programs to ensure leadership continuity.
• Establish Career Path frameworks and Competency Models.
• Drive and promote core values and organizational culture that support business objectives.
• Develop and execute Employee Engagement Surveys and implement initiatives to enhance engagement.
• Design and implement Performance Management Systems.
• Develop tools and KPIs/OKRs that reflect business success and performance goals.
• Lead HR Transformation projects related to Organization Development.
• Collaborate with managers and other departments to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Organization Development or HR Strategy.
• Strong understanding of the retail business and experience working in dynamic environments.
• Proven leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Expertise in OD tools such as Competency Models, Career Path Design, and Engagement Surveys.
