Kewajiban
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive work environment and helping to resolve conflicts.
• Performance Management: Support managers in conducting employee performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure that the organization adheres to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other compliance requirements. Stay updated on changes in employment law and implement policies accordingly.
• Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention, such as surveys, rewards programs, and team-building activities.
• HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement company-wide HR policies, including but not limited to employee conduct, leave management, and workplace safety.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR all functions.
• Experience in managing employee relations and workplace diversity initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset.
