Kewajiban
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess business investment opportunities, evaluate risk, and support decision making. This includes forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Responsible for P&L (Profit and Loss), financial forecasts, and analytical models, among other related information to create management reports.
• Create comprehensive business models that outline the financial aspects of various projects and initiatives. Ensure alignment with company objectives and strategies.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations to communicate financial insights, investment recommendations, and business strategies to stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough analysis of investment opportunities, including market research, valuation, due diligence, and risk assessment. Provide recommendations based on analysis results.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to contribute financial insights to strategic planning and business development efforts. Identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
• Generate and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior management. Provide regular updates on financial performance and investment outcomes. Manage and handle monthly performance review meetings to monitor corporate performance and drive all business functions to enhance performance to achieve corporate goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal policies.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Investment, Business Analysis, Business Development, Strategy, Business Planning, or related functions.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to structure complex Excel models/financial models and create well-structured PowerPoint presentations.
• Demonstrable interest in business knowledge, financial analysis, risk, and research.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously while maintaining a focus on priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with cross functional projects and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
