The Retail Sales Supervisor is responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring store performance, managing employees, and developing a high-performing team to achieve sales goals.

Kewajiban

• Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and ensure team alignment towards their achievement.
• Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Develop and control operating budget, monitor BA performance, and collaborate with marketing team to establish and achieve sales target.
• Manage retail stores' employees, including hiring, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties.
• Coaching and facilitate on the job training of salesperson for their career development.
• Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales and operations professionals.
• Communicate well to supervisors & BA regarding to the updated company policy from management via talk or inform into line group.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales and operations management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• P.O.S / Microsoft Office.
• Ability to solve immediate problems very well.
• Open to diversity and cultural differences with positive attitude.
• Be able to communicate in English and Thai.
