25 years ago, we pioneered the market for clear aligners. Since then, we have continuously innovated with new products and technologies that revolutionize treatments for doctors and their patients. Today, doctors and labs in over 100 markets use the Invisalign system, iTero intraoral scanners and exocad software to improve smiles for patients – from simple tooth alignment to complex corrections, kids to adults, orthodontics to multi-disciplinary restorative treatment.
The Senior Clinical Education Specialist will be responsible for overseeing clinical activities within the Thailand market, providing in-house clinical guidance and support, and collaborating with the Thailand team to deliver an excellent clinical customer experience for all Invisalign Providers.
Kewajiban
• Support clinical team to achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Clinical Plans and clinical target.
• Create an education pathway to drive clinical confidence and skills of doctors.
• Plan and manage clinical education program.
• Manage clinical budget; conduct cost analysis.
• Collaborate with align faculty, speakers and KOLs.
• Manage clinical events- EMT, line OA.
• Develop clinical education materials. Review and evaluate clinical content, such as a speaker deck, white paper, and publication. Assist with reviewing material for marketing/sales purposes.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing Managers to drive doctor engagement activities.
• Provide all appropriate reporting to Thailand Clinical Support Manager and South Asia Associate Director, Clinical Support including feedback from customers on a weekly and monthly report.
• Work closely with co-colleagues to develop a high-performance team.
• Other projects assigned by the company.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably as a dentist.
• Work experience in professional education.
• Proficient in English.
• Effective communication and presentation skill.
