The Sales Manager for Heat Exchanger in the Energy Industry in Thailand will be responsible for promoting and selling Alfa Laval products and services, developing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through existing and new customers.

Kewajiban

• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
• Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings, and interactions with existing and potential new customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.
• Responsible for monthly / quarterly forecast for potential sales volumes and gross margin.
• Generating sales and develop future business through existing and new customers to end users and contractors.
• Identifying sales potential and develop a proactive business plan taking into consideration the relevant strategies, goals & priorities of the division.
• Drive continued growth and forge lasting relationships with key customers.
• Proactively follow up quotations, manage opportunities, develop leads, and establish contacts with the customer base using CRM tools.
• You will be expected to spend 50 - 70% of your time out of the office, attending key sites and meetings, travel will be predominantly Thailand based.
• Work with internal stake holders and foster relationships to get work done.
• Work in cooperation with the Service Team to manage the customer experience and develop growth opportunities.

Kualifikasi

• Chemical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Experienced sales professional with a proven track record and driven mindset with experience in a similar industry.
• Ability to travel throughout Thailand.
• Proactive hunter who could develop new business opportunities.
• Customer relationship management and good networking skill
