The Sales Manager for Food Heat Exchanger in Thailand will be responsible for delivering profitable growth with the Heat exchanger products in the Food & Water Division.

Kewajiban

• Reporting to Sales Director - Food & Water, Thailand, responsible for delivering and securing profitable growth with the Heat exchanger products in the Food & Water Division in line with the South East Asia Sales Company targets and objectives.
• Identify business opportunities within the market and concluding direct sales at the assigned segments from Alfa Laval’s heat exchanger portfolio.
• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services of heat exchangers.
• Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behaviour and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.
• Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in order to ensure the pipeline.
• Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.
• Runs the commercial operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools. Build and maintain a sufficient network at customers.
• Develop highly profitable quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up, and to get a hit-rate.
• Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
• Be active mentor of the Field Sales Engineer team in the sales process.
• Work proactive and structured with the sales in order to optimize the sales efficiency.
• This role is an individual contributor role and does not have a team reporting to the role.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering major
• You have 5 -15 years sales working experience preferably in the sugar, ethanol, edible oil, industrial commodity processing with the strength in value-based selling to B-to-B decision makers.
