The Sales Manager, APS will be responsible for sales and dealmaking for Agro and Protein Systems in the Northern South East Asia region as part of the Food Systems Sales team.
Kewajiban
• Drive customer quotation work including commercial terms and technical solutions.
• Define and manage sales plans and activities for the specific area.
• Conduct market and customer analysis to define business potential and opportunities.
• Proactively look for and manage leads from market and customers, and convert them into real business opportunities.
• Be active in the market by making visits, meetings, presentation and other engagement activities with customers.
• Proactively connect and coordinate activities with local and central colleagues.
• Drive and maintain customer opportunity pipeline in CRM and other tools.
• Own order intake and gross margin results for the region.
• Drive towards robust solution to customer and push for after sales services.
Kualifikasi
• Excellent communication, organizational and commercial skills.
• High energy, positive attitude and enjoy developing customer relationships.
• Prior experience in Agro and Protein Industry.
• Mechanical and thermodynamics understanding and able to read mass and energy balances.
