The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will work closely with project engineer or project manager and team members to facilitate communication, organize resources, and track project milestones and deliverables.

Kewajiban

• Assist Project Engineer or Project Manager in planning and executing projects
• Coordinate project activities and ensure they are aligned with project goals
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members
• Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records
• Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues
• Facilitate meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
• Support in resource allocation and task assignment
• Prepare and update report, feasibility study, product trial plan based on assigned projects

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related technical field
• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software and tools are a plus
