The Key Account Executive - Upcountry is responsible for creating and managing promotional activities, negotiating with buyers, recruiting and training sales personnel, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Kewajiban
• Create activity and promotion program such as mini expo, premium and discount coupon etc.
• Initiate consultations with relevant division relate to propose new or big activity as expo exhibition etc.
• Negotiation with buyer about new product list in to existing customer or product list into new customer.
• Negotiation with buyer such as agreement space to create promotion activity price control to meet objectives
• Recruit new PC who has good skills for selling product.
• Training PC for more skills as new product & selling skills customer service
• Monitor and evaluate PC skills by result
• Monitor and evaluate competitive and promotion program by store to create promotion program
• Create new collection process by co-operate with customer and company finance department.
• Follow up customer payment on time
• Conform to HSE&S and other company policy
Kualifikasi
• Minimum 3 years experience in Traditional Trade / Modern Trade channel
• Good understanding in sales and management practice
