The Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of both commercial and residential properties. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in real estate management.
Kewajiban
• Responsible for handling overall estate management for both commercial and residential properties.
• Coordinate and manage various aspects of real estate operations.
• Ensure compliance with property management regulations and standards.
• Oversee property maintenance and improvement projects.
• Develop and implement property management plans and strategies.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate management, with at least 3 years in a coordinator or managerial role.
• Knowledge of property/estate management.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Ms. Office and IFCA.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, attention to detail, communication skills, and service excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet targets.
• Awareness of work safety practices.
• Willingness to work beyond regular hours and days.
