The Utility Manager at A.J.PLAST แหลมบัง is responsible for managing maintenance operations, coordinating repair plans, supervising maintenance staff, providing repair advice, coordinating with relevant departments, solving maintenance problems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and environmental standards.
Kewajiban
• Manage maintenance operations according to policies
• Coordinate repair plans for machinery/UTILITY
• Supervise maintenance staff to ensure compliance with work plans
• Provide repair advice
• Coordinate with all relevant departments for work execution
• Solve various maintenance problems
• Approve work orders and assigned tasks
• Develop and improve work practices for maintenance staff
• Support company policies focusing on environmental impact reduction, quality improvement, and safety of packaging materials for food production
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, UTILITY, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the maintenance department
• Basic English communication skills
• Flexibility in working hours
