The Flight Operations Documentation position aims to manage and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day business operations by streamlining processes, optimizing resource allocation, maintaining high standards of productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kewajiban
This position will be responsible for the operational duties on the flight operations documentation services activities to include, but not limited to:
• Manage the operational teams to ensure the productions/services are delivered on time, on cost, and on quality.
• In charge of resource planning in the operational teams, and ensuring the task allocation align with the plan and manage the changes as necessary.
• Monitor, measure and improve on the project performance, efficiency and KPIs, and also launch appropriate actions accordingly.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure adequate access rights, tools and facilities for team members.
• Set goals for team members and manage operational plans to achieve the goals.
• Conduct performance evaluation for team members and provide suggestions on areas of improvement/development.
• Coordinate, support and solve problems for team members to complete the projects on time within budget and within scope on daily basis.
• Involved in the hiring, onboarding and training the team members to ensure that they can work on their job scope with right level of standards.
• Report regularly to management team and keep them up to date on the status and progress of the team members and operational topics.
• Work closely with internal teams and external teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree in aeronautical, aerospace or appropriate field with equivalent work experience
• 1 to 5 years relevant experience in aircraft system and/or flight operations documentation
• Experience in aviation industry, airline business/operations and customer services
• Familiar with an international and multifunctional environment
• Good skills in using airlines operational management software and tools relevant to the operational teams
• Good on customer service mindset and customer-facing skills
• Ability to organize, manage and plan the production delivery
• Good detail-oriented skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities
• Advanced level of communication skills in English
