• Production of retrofit program to achieve aircraft delivery schedules and targets.
• Avionics scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
• Rectification of all defects reported and ensure zero defect post inspection/retrofit
• Provide field services support locally and overseas
• Guide and improved the working skills of subordinates
• To monitor test equipment/tools calibration/serviceability
• Maintenance of Hangar ground equipment
• Maintenance of avionics workshop equipment and work stations
• Install and test complex avionics equipment and electrical system on aircraft
• Ensuring that all avionics equipment works properly before take-off and that they do not interfere with any other electronic device.
• Remove, repair, and re-install any properly avionics equipment before an aircraft is cleared for take-off
• Perform intricate and highly reliable soldering on components for navigation and communication
• Assemble and install electrical components
• Providing accurate diagnoses of difficult avionics problems
• Organize ground support and test equipment for flight tests
• Analyze flight test data to diagnose malfunctions and study the operations of the electrical components
• Coordinate all work with engineers, technicians, and aircraft maintenance staff
• Keep details records of all repairs and work performed on the aircraft
• Responsible to see that everything works properly and none of it interferes with other electronic devices on board
• Carried out scheduled and unscheduled servicing on Airbus helicopters
• Aircraft movements
• Keep work area clean and safe
• Perform compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations Performing routine maintenance on avionics equipment
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree or higher in aeronautical or related field with equivalent work experience
• Aviation/Aeronautical knowledge
• Basic helicopter maintenance training from approved training center
• More than 10 years working experience on aircraft
• Able to communicate effectively on all levels
• Provide OJT for local AHT employee
• Advanced English level: Writing/ Reading/Speaking
• Excellent analytical, attention-to-detail, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently on all aircraft types schedule/unscheduled servicing and defect rectification, carried out SBs and retrofit
• Certification in electrical engineering or aviation maintenance
• Experience with system such as NAV/COM/PULSE, Autopilot, GPS, and RVSM
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints Steady hands and excellent eyesight
• Strong working knowledge of aviation safety practices and technology
