Detail posisi

The Quality Assurance Performance Executive is responsible for monitoring and updating the audit calendar, ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures, and maintaining accurate records related to audits and inspections.

Kewajiban

• Monitor and update the audit calendar in conjunction with the Quality Assurance for yearly/monthly/weekly schedules to meet operational requirements and ensure accurate statistics are captured in the database.
• Focus and follow associated Audit/Inspection and Non-Conformity Reports and verify Corrective and Preventive Actions adequacy.
• Coordinate the Quality Assurance Manager concerning the ongoing development of the Quality System, Quality Assurance procedures, and associated documentation.
• Keep all Quality Assurance, Audit, and Inspection records.
• Inform planning personnel or the department of any change and update the department’s records accordingly.
• Submit yearly reports of audit status and findings.
• Conduct any other duties as and when required by the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• At least 2 year of experience in airline operations will be an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in computer literacy; MS Office & G-suite.
• Have excellent leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
