The Legal Manager at Thai AirAsia X is responsible for providing legal advisory services, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing legal risks to enhance the company's benefits.
Kewajiban
• Provide advisory on legal matters and documents to ensure the legality of transactions, minimize legal risk, and enhance the company's benefits.
• Ensure the legality of the operation of all business units and update laws and regulations related to the company’s business.
• Maintain and monitor general and specific license of the company.
• Give legal advice to the head of other departments, and Unit leadership to ensure that projects or business plans comply with law and regulations.
• Communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, the government, and other external sources concerning legal matters.
• Brings an effective and efficient management of the Legal Department, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.
• Draft, review and negotiate agreements and other legal documents to ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
Kualifikasi
• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Law with related lawyer licenses.
• At least 7 years of experience in legal consult and litigation with managerial level.
• Knowledge and skilled in drafting and reviewing contracts as well as legal documents to ensure the legality of transactions.
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
• Excellent in English Communication both written and spoken.
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers.
• High comfort level working in a diverse environment and able to travel as when it is required.
