The Electric drive parts engineer is responsible for quality training, quality assurance activities, quality management, and battery component quality assurance.

Kewajiban

• Participate in quality training activities for electric drive systems
• Conduct QAS activities to ensure quality compliance and process stability
• Perform PPAP for new parts and manage related documents
• Manage quality issues of battery components in the factory and market
• Evaluate performance, quality, and regularly monitor suppliers
• Consult suppliers on quality maintenance and improvement
• Check component changes in battery field
• Verify design accuracy when components are changed
• Conduct off-site checks for engineering changes by suppliers to ensure process and product quality

Kualifikasi

• Fundamental knowledge in quality management
• Theoretical knowledge, ability to read component drawings, statistical data analysis skills, and other relevant knowledge
• Good communication skills to interact with suppliers
• Analytical and problems solving skills, ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to principles
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials, or related fields preferred
