Detail posisi

Position involves managing the sales department in a trading business, following management policies. Responsibilities include planning and strategizing sales, overseeing team, supporting and driving all units to achieve goals, conducting meetings, tracking and reporting results to superiors, and handling other assigned tasks.

Kualifikasi

• Male
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales management, starting from a supervisory level
• At least 3 years of experience in the industry will be considered an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure, and possess leadership qualities
