Kewajiban
• Balance manpower and control subordinates to smoothly.
• Take responsibility for quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate document standards consistent in production process.
• To cooperate in the construction, maintenance and improvement of AITF16949, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, INMETRO.
• Summary defect data and analyze problem and action with team improvement.
• Coordinate with QA to report data quality of production process and summary 8D report.
• Coordinate with EN to follow up machine trouble and request addition item for detect abnormal work from production process.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree, Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer Major.
• Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.
• Good attitude and team work.
• Good communication and negotiations skill.
• Knowledge in 3 Pillar, standardized work.
• Can use MS Office, AutoCAD.
