Detail posisi

The Maintenance Plating Staff is responsible for overseeing the plating process, managing maintenance plans, and ensuring the quality and safety of operations within the factory.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for control machine/equipment in plating process, set up/manage maintenance plan, maintenance and repair of machines and equipment including preventive maintenance.
• Improve the productivity of process.
• Analyze and Solve quality problems encountering in plating process.
• Prepare and review project change order as per project requirements.
• Control and monitor Chemical in plating process.
• Control and manage the Stock Chemical for the safety of storage of hazardous materials.
• Control the environment of the factory such as water drainage/water quality and reporting and perform an environmental action to comply with laws and regulations, including the company's environmental policy.
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electric engineering or related field.
• Experience in plating process, preventive maintenance, maintenance machine and repair.
• Knowledge of Safety/Environment control/Environmental impact assessment (EIA)/SHE management system/SHE Law and waste water treatment process will be advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949.
• Good Leader skill, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with a short deadline.
• Computer skills (Microsoft office).
