The Maintenance Chief / Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance section and utility work in the factory, ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and systems.

Kewajiban

• Document control.
• Collect data and send report.
• Knowledge of ISO:14001, ISO:45001, IATF:16949.
• Set guidelines and prepare action plans.
• Make a plane preventive maintenance of machines and electrical system.
• Control maintenance of machinery.
• Manage the maintenance section and utility work in the factory.
• Knowledge of CAD software.
• Knowledge of tooling design or CNC programming.
• Knowledge of repair/maintenance machine.
• Knowledge of CNC machining process and cutting tools.
• Knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi, Omron).
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Have experience minimum 5 years in Automotive Industry.
• Knowledge of ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949.
• Knowledge of CAD software / tooling design or CNC programming.
• Knowledge of CNC machining process and cutting tools.
• Knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi, Omron).
• Good Leader skill, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with a short deadline.
• Computer skills (Microsoft office).
