The Asst. Foreman Production is responsible for improving production processes, controlling quality, and coordinating with various teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Kewajiban

• Improvement Line and NC reduction Why Why analysis.
• Production control, OEE, Productivity report.
• Line balance time study.
• Balance manpower and control subordinates to smoothly.
• Take responsibility for quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate document standards consistent in production process.
• Summary defect data and analyze problem and action with team improvement.
• Coordinate with QA to report data quality of production process and summary 8D report.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience 1-3 year up in automotive industrial.
• Good computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
• Experience IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO45001.
• Good command in English (Spoken, Written, Reading).
