The Assistant Chief Sales Engineer is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales team to achieve targets.

Kewajiban

• To Maintain and develop good relationships with customer assess and customer needs.
• To Developing sales strategy in order to retain a competitiveness in the market.
• To Coordinate/Communicate customer Exceptions.
• To Handle customer's inquiries and complaint.
• To explain and cooperate internal support customer needed complete.
• To Cooperate with other departments regarding all order processing to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers.
• To achieve or exceed the personal and commercial targets.
• To Plan and execute sales activities.
• To Managing sales team in terms of team performance and individual KPI.
• Coordination of Manufacturing Feasibility Statement.
• Coordinate CR RFQ’s in Regular Production.
• Responsibility for Sales reports and Activities report to manager.
• To do another work depend on Manager assign.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience 5 year up in automotive industrial.
• Good computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
• Experience IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO45001.
• Good command in English (Spoken, Written, Reading).
