We are seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights, to lead strategic and operational initiatives that create both growth and efficiency for the Supply department. This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and involves working directly with multiple stakeholders to implement key initiatives and impact Agoda’s business.

Kewajiban

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives that create both growth and efficiency for the Supply department.
• Work directly with multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership and various cross-functional departments.
• Perform opportunity sizing on new business opportunities.
• Build high-level business cases to justify proposals.
• Collaborate with Product teams to build out new features and functionalities.
• Negotiate and close deals with external partners.
• Analyze complex scaling challenges and improve existing operations.

Kualifikasi

• Track record of leading small analytics functions and/or creating new and high-impact business verticals from scratch.
• Background in consulting, sales, or business development.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Experience in analyzing complex business challenges.
