The Human Resource (Payroll) Officer is responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records while supporting the HR team in various tasks.
Kewajiban
• Collecting timesheet data and employee information.
• Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, etc.
• Preparing and processing paychecks.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records of payroll transactions.
• Monthly Payroll & Require report
• Salary increment & Bonus
• Labor law, Tax, Provident Fund & Accounting basic
• Employee database management
• Other job assignment
Kualifikasi
• Experience 2 -5 years upwards in Human Resource field (Payroll)
• Bachelor degree of Business administration or Management, Human Resource
• Field Automotive parts
• Can use basic microsoft office
• Good teamwork skills
• Communication English skills and networking ability
• Adaptability
