The EXPORT SALES, OEM SALES position involves managing transit operations, acquiring new business, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure market share retention.
Kewajiban
• Efficient administration of transit operations to meet customer requirements.
• Acquisition of new transit business as well as sustaining existing customers to ensure the company retains its market share.
• Negotiation of trading terms with customers.
• Advising management on transit prices based on cost analysis and market intelligence.
• Accurate processing of transit orders in accordance with agreed trading terms.
• Responsible for proper transit customers’ product stock levels to ensure that transit products are available for loading.
• Developing and maintaining strong business relationships through regular customer visits and provision of efficient customer service.
• Able to travel to up-country and overseas.
• Able to drive and have a driving license.
• Weekly and monthly sales activity plans based around travel schedule.
• The sales team all brainstorm together and share ideas about what has worked and not worked.
• Share success stories and help each other to achieve the target and follow the plan.
• Visit schedule's preparation, action and follow up are key.
• Create a list of action items from each visit and make sure they are followed up and handled.
• Prepare feedback to the customers from follow up.
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up on existing accounts for business development.
• Create and execute appropriate strategic plans to bring in more business.
• Explain products value and capabilities to customers with training necessary.
• Support customer enquiries for product application, technically, price and margin.
• Cooperate with customer for warranty claim and guideline to team in terms of specific items.
• Keep daily, weekly and monthly communication an account to place order.
• New product release explains to the dealers/customers with ensure correct price and margin.
• Meet or exceed individual and company sales targets.

• Knowledge of international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs, and trading regulations.
