Kewajiban
• Drive continuous improvements throughout the company (Focused on painting/coating departments first, but it is not limited), in line with the overall company strategy & objectives.
• Participate and/or lead regular basis Continuous Improvement routines to support bottom-up improvement dynamic.
• Use problem-solving methodology, tools & routines to support teams into their processes and/or quality improvements.
• Suggest & set operational standards, whenever possible, as a consequence of improvement actions (Process, actions, equipment, workstations, tooling, …).
• Monitor, update & report projects progress to Continuous Improvement manager.
• Analyze data to identify the constraints, bottlenecks, non-value-added activities then suggest related improvement / cost reduction project(s), or development project / adjustment if required.
• Train for CI principles, behaviors / practices & tools to others in the organization using existing company supports or generate new support(s) whenever needed, in collaboration with CI & HR departments.
• Process other jobs assigned by Continuous Improvement manager.
• Follow company policies & Procedures.
• Ensure all relevant process documentation (Work instructions, procedures, …) are maintained, in collaboration with dedicated departments.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in industrial engineering (Or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in process improvement, quality engineering or a similar role.
• Significant background experience(s) in painting and/or coating processes & spray technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel abilities such as pivot tables or more advanced are expected).
• Strong presentation & communication skills, including leadership, capacity to involve & confederate.
• Proven track record in project management.
• Lean certification is a plus.
• Overseas working experience and/or working experience in western companies is a plus.
• Strong English communications skills.
