Kewajiban
• Managing the workflow of projects through the creative agency.
• Ensures that the creative team, graphic design team and content planning team has the resources and information needed to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate project schedules and allocate resources.
• Monitor and manage the progress of projects through various stages of production.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, including all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Allocate resources, including assigning team members to specific tasks based on their skills and availability.
• Track and manage project progress, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
• Coordinate with the creative team, project management team, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve any workflow issues or bottlenecks that may impact project delivery.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
• Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Implement and manage traffic management tools and systems.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in traffic management, project management, preferably from advertising and digital Agency.
• Proven experience in traffic management and content delivery.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.
• Understanding of the creative process and the various stages of project development within a creative agency.
• Knowledge of resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Familiarity with digital and traditional advertising mediums.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and production teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
