Detail posisi

Ensuring effective and efficient management of biddable media campaigns. This includes strategizing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve performance goals and provide measurable business outcomes for clients.

Kewajiban

• Set up and manage campaigns on biddable platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Ensure campaigns meet daily and overall budget targets while achieving KPIs.
• Utilize advanced bidding strategies to maximize ad performance.
• Optimize campaigns by adjusting targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and budgets.
• Analyze performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
• Regularly create detailed reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
• Conduct experiments, including split testing and creative rotation, to improve ad performance.
• Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Advise clients and internal teams on new biddable opportunities.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with biddable media platforms.
• Proficiency in using campaign management tools (e.g., Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager).
• Strong knowledge of attribution models, bidding strategies, and campaign optimizations.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Quickly adapting to changes in platform algorithms and market dynamics.
