The Media Planner - Manager position involves planning and executing media strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives. The role requires strong analytical skills, client management experience, and a proactive attitude.

Kewajiban

• Be the owner of client’s success, responsible for overall client performance and satisfaction
• Plan client roadmaps based on their objectives, backed by data or industry best practices
• Set up work process in order to get tasks completed with good quality and in time. Manage client expectations by clearly indicating deadlines and scope of work
• Monitor budget, performance, and key metrics closely throughout the month
• Work with media optimization team to execute plans to meet budget, targets and deadlines
• Provide performance reports by data and analyses, demonstrating deep understanding of each media channel and areas that clients need help in (ecommerce, lead generation or branding)
• Initiate ways to improve client performance and team efficiency
• Consult and grow client’s businesses by developing data-driven sound online marketing strategies and media plans that meet business objectives, as well as suggest best practices to clients to have best-in-class ecommerce website
• Identify new opportunities to upsell aCommerce services with current clients

Kualifikasi

• Experience in client-facing or consulting roles such as Account/Project Manager or Sales
• In-depth knowledge and understanding in Google Analytics as well as online marketing media channels
• Analytical, able to work with data and analyze it to find insights and come up with next steps
• Strong organization and problem solving skills with the ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects quickly and efficiently
• Good communication and presentation skill, able to keep every stakeholder aligned and updated
• Proactive, with the ability to work well independently and as a team
• Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Experience in ecommerce or managing own shops is a big plus (no need to be an ecommerce site – Instagram, Facebook or any other shops are fine)
