The position involves overseeing live streaming operations, managing influencer and affiliate marketing programs, preparing monthly invoices, and tracking/reporting on e-commerce and marketing activities.
Kewajiban
• Oversee live streaming management and backend operations to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Serve as a live MC when necessary to maintain uninterrupted streaming sessions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure all broadcasting aspects are properly managed.
• Develop and manage influencer and affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic and sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and affiliates.
• Gather Necessary Information: Collect details of services provided by the MC and moderator for the month, including dates, hours worked, and any additional services or expenses.
• Calculate Fees: Ensure accurate calculation of fees based on the agreed rates, including any overtime, bonuses, or special services provided during the month.
• Invoice Creation: Use an invoicing template or software to create detailed invoices for the MC and moderator, itemizing services rendered, dates, and payment terms.
• Include Payment Terms: Clearly state payment due dates, accepted payment methods, and any applicable late fees or discounts.
• Review and Approval: Double-check invoices for accuracy and completeness, and obtain necessary approvals before sending them out.
• Track and report on e-commerce and marketing activities, focusing on metrics like sales impact and brand recognition.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a direct field related to communication planning and strategy for e-commerce brands or companies.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and their trends. Tiktok is preferable.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Strong understanding of marketing communication theory and principles.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starting attitude – the ability to work independently and take initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good command of MS Office, MS-EXCEL, MS-POWERPOINT, MS-WORD.
