ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบในการขับเคลื่อนยอดขายในภาคอีสาน โดยการดำเนินการกลยุทธ์การขายและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย.

Kewajiban

• Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales.
• Implementing sales strategies across the Region and monitoring effectiveness
• Devising and implementing the company’s sales strategy
• Setting revenue targets for the company and setting key performance indicators.
• Presenting sales results to the Management committee on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Experience in sale team role in retail and commercial industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
• Fluent in English skills, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
