The company began to develop cassava and potato based snack foods. In fact, we are the First snack foods company that innovates and manufactures Crinkle Cut Cassava Chips in Indonesia. Local market response was remarkable because of the good quality and taste of the products. We are well known by consumer with the following brands: “Chuba”, “Mr. Hottest” and “Tes”.
The company then developed other innovative products based on corn ingredient such as corn extruded snacks which obtained good response from the market and soon became the market leader.

Kewajiban
• Melakukan pengecekan stok barang jadi (FG) dan bahan baku (RM)
• Menerima PO dari toko dan Tim Marketing
• Melakukan pengecekan terhadap PO baik yang sudah tercapai maupun yang belum tercapai
• Memberikan jumlah dan item produk yang harus di penuhi oleh bagian produksi serta memberikan batas waktu pemenuhan order tersebut
• Membuat jadwal pengiriman barang sesuai Sales Order
• Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin terhadap gudang (kebersihan, posisi penempatan produk, FIFO dan kondisi produk jadi)
• Berkoordinasi dengan Marketing terkait masalah kesiapan barang dan pengirimannya
• Bertanggung jawab atas akurasi stok gudang
• Memastikan barang yang dipesan datang tepat waktu
• Memaksimalkan efisiensi, akurasi supply chain
• Mengatur jadwal tim gudang
• Melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja bawahan
• Mengatur, membuat dan merevisi SOP dan IK
• Merencanakan, mengkoordinir, mengawasi dan mengukur penerapan sistem GMP, SJH, 5R dan ISO 22000
• Melakukan dokumentasi terkait penerimaan, pengeluaran, dan perubahan stok
• Membuat laporan tahunan yang menjelaskan pencapaian selama 1 tahun serta kendala-kendala yang mencakup bahan baku, produk jadi dan pengiriman
Kualifikasi
• Min S1 Jurusan Manajemen/ Manajemen logistik/ Teknik Logistik/ Teknik Industri/ Digital Supply Chain/ bidang yang relevan
• Memiliki pengalaman dibidang terkait sebagai supervisor minimal 2 tahun
• Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai ISO (khususnya ISO: 22000)
• Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
• Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
• Bisa berbahasa inggris menjadi nilai tambah
• Teliti, proaktif, data-oriented
• Mahir dalam Ms. Excel, Sheet, dll
• Diutamakan kandidat berdomisili di jabodetabek
• Penempatan di Citeureup, Kab. Bogor
