The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth within the permanent recruitment industry.
Kewajiban
• Identify and Generate Leads: Develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients in need of permanent recruitment services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets, including market analysis, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Kualifikasi
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry, preferably with a focus on permanent placements.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a client base.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
Must Speak Fluent Thai and Good comand on English.
