Join Accor as a Guest Service Agent, where you will provide exceptional hospitality and create memorable experiences for guests in a supportive and innovative environment.

Kewajiban

• Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
• Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
• Complete the daily shift check list, referring any items that require follow up to the Front Office Supervisor or Duty Manager.

• Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
• Always display a professional appearance.
• Social and outgoing person, with a passion for service.
