• Develop and execute a comprehensive finance transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, and cost reduction.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of finance transformation projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technology solutions to support finance operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Finance Transformation or Process Improvement roles.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.
