The Change Management Consultant - Talent Organization will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to understand the scope and impact of planned changes, developing communication plans, crafting communication materials, managing communication campaigns, and collaborating with team members for successful change implementation.
Kewajiban
• Partner with stakeholders to understand the scope and impact of planned changes.
• Develop comprehensive communication plans for large-scale change initiatives, targeting audiences of 50+ participants.
• Craft clear, concise, and compelling communication materials, including presentations, emails, FAQs, and user guides.
• Select and implement appropriate communication channels to reach all target audiences effectively.
• Manage the development and delivery of communication campaigns, ensuring timely and consistent messaging.
• Track the effectiveness of communication efforts and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with Change Managers and other team members to ensure a smooth and successful change implementation.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of success in leading large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, preferably with experience in Cloud computing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Experience in developing and delivering communication campaigns across various channels.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
• Experience working in a Cloud environment is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
