In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects, ensuring that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets.

Kewajiban

You will be mainly accountable for:
• Leading and establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
• Involves in continuous improvement and simplification. Ensures compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. Supports in improving guidelines, tools, and template.
• Supporting local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tenders. Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. Overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow. Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain Management and successfully procures required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. Acts as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
• Forecasts schedule to determine if the project is still within defined tolerance ranges and identifies any necessary change requests to drive the closure. Plans and tracks all project activities, establishes scheduling risks and opportunities to deliver projects on time according to commitments to the customer and ABB.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:
• Degree of Engineering.
• You are at ease communicating in English and Thai.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in Project Management minimum from 5 years.
• Stakeholder Management - Chairing meetings and Equipment Inspections on site, SOT’s, etc. Possess an enhanced knowledge of Supply Chain/ Procurement – Incoterms and Tax/Duties, SAP and Budget Management.
