The Order Fulfilment and Planning Manager is responsible for ensuring that the strategy and objectives are effectively communicated and executed within the team, while managing incoming demand and optimizing inventory and customer service processes.
Kewajiban
• the strategy & objectives are cascaded; understood by the team, while action plan is well executed and performed in collaboration across functions.
• that all incoming demand is effectively managed at MPS & MRP level against RCCP & CRP while responding to customer’s expectations, production efficiency and financial objectives.Develop & maximize usage of planning tools.
• both aggregate and item Inventory in alignment to business KPI.
• a best practice of customer service procedure, workflow in line with business objective.
• ensure timely and effectively supply plan to both domestic and export sales.
• manage Customer Service operation to meet order fulfilment, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• seek opportunities to continuously improve customer service and distribution function.
• accommodate demand forecast generated from S&OP process in collaboration with commercial and finance team.
• MPS & MRP to balance production efficiency; resource utilization best practice and delivery KPI, i.e., OTIF.
• the MPS & MRP planning process by developing the planning tool in-place to ensure of information flow accuracy.
• and implement the Inventory management best practice in line with the business objective.
• and agree the stock policy for all SKU’s to optimize availability and minimize working capital.
• the inventory KPI, i.e., inventory turn/coverage and NWC; to effectively deliver operational performance.
• team to ensure that changing of new artwork and launch new product alignment with agreed timeline and minimize write off cost.
• customer service KPI to measure customer service satisfaction level.
• On-Time-In-Full KPI to achieve as company targets.
• monitor, and ensure the update, accuracy of customer delivery schedule and specific requirements in order to understand customer focus, requirement and practice to reduce claims and aging stock.
• and analysis order pattern, optimum order capture and physical distribution.
• and support new promotion activities which related to supply from PSM.
• Supply Chain improvement project with customer.
• customer service role as a gate contact.
• team to analyst for solve complaint/problem as customer satisfaction level in line with business objectives.
• and measure KPI to achieve satisfaction target.
• monthly receiving order and forecast in line with planning procedure
• budget and reforecast to meet as Finance timeline
• and control actual delivery to achieve weekly/monthly company target
• Supply chain KPI with operation and commercial team to meet the best customer’s service level.
• and coach through OJT and external training program for high potential to become professional certified.
• and motivate the team to fully perform according to their potential and develop the IDP program that meet corporate objective.
• of legal, ethical matter, regulatory, ABC compliance at all level and perform according to Twiningsovo’s value.
Kualifikasi
• degree or higher.
