To be a channel specialist in Modern Trade and E-Commerce with rigid channel and category strategy and action plans.

Kewajiban

• Develop and implement channel strategy and channel activity plans by account regarding to 4Ps based on category, channel and shopper behavior to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze category, channel and competitors’ performance by using both internal and external data (e.g. Nielsen, EGG and C-Smart) to answer business objectives.
• Execute channel activity plan (e.g. special theme, marketing campaign) and develop perfect store guideline based on given budget and ensure investment effectiveness to achieve sales target and business objectives.
• Design and develop in-store & online activation including premium, POSM materials to support special theme, marketing campaign and NPD launch.
• Conduct promotion evaluation to provide promotion guideline for MT channel and track promotion compliance with sales team.
• Manage and track trade investment for premium, POSM materials and promotion.
• Implement new product launch plan, trade story, deployment plan to ensure impactful launch in-store, as well as support post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sale and cross-functional teams to ensure on flawless execution.
• Lead category and business review/ joint business plan and create category growth strategy and action plans with key customers.

Kualifikasi

• A master’s degree in a business-related area is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in sales and trade marketing.
• Proven track record in roles related to trade marketing functions.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Capacity to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective interpersonal skills; able to communicate and collaborate with departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and procurement.
• Proficiency in English communication, both in speaking and writing, is a mandatory requirement.
