The Crane Mechanic Technician (Offshore) is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on cranes, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently while adhering to company standards.

Kewajiban

• Carry out maintenance, repairs, and inspections as directed by the Crane Lead Technician.
• Responsible for fixing breakdowns, doing repairs, and reporting major issues to the Crane Lead Technician.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Follow instructions from the Crane Lead Technician to perform maintenance and inspection tasks according to standards, recommendations, and company guidelines, while following safety procedures.
• Check spare parts and materials, and report shortages to the Crane Lead Technician.
• Help the Crane Lead Technician test crane parts after repairs to ensure they work properly.
• Report any unusual events or malfunctions to the Crane Lead Technician promptly.
• Regularly test and fix standby tools and equipment as directed. Repair and restore equipment to working condition and report any issues to the Team Leader.
• Strictly follow and promote the company's safety policy and report to the Crane Lead Technician for safety matters.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work is done according to plan, meeting company standards and deadlines.
• Make sure work is of the highest quality.
• Keep tools and equipment at the work site in good working order.

Kualifikasi

• Higher Technical Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical or related fields, or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of offshore crane maintenance and inspection experience (5 years if only holding a Vocational Certificate).
• Optional: 5 years of experience in maintenance within the Oil & Gas or similar industries.
• Knowledge of maintenance and inspection procedures.
• Knowledge of lifting and crane equipment inspection.
• Good English communication and reporting skills (TOEIC 400 or equivalent preferred).
• Ability to use a computer and related applications.
• Experience and knowledge of crane components.
• At least 2 years of crane maintenance experience in the Gulf of Thailand.
• Experience and able to work offshore.
• Fluent in Thai.
