Provide technical information support, understand customer technical needs and answer questions, solve product usage problems for customers along with analyzing problems and providing long-term solutions to supervisors.
Kewajiban
• Answer technical product questions to customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Take care and support technical work for the sales department and support department.
• Solve problems, follow up, and summarize actions to supervisors and customers.
• Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
• Consults with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs and assists in placing orders.
• Test and repair systems and follow up on work until given to customers.
• Learn about the company's product information to gain a good understanding of technical product information.
• Analyze the cause of the problem and coordinate to solve the problem successfully.
• Coordinate between customers and officials in various departments of the company to solve long-term problems.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology educational background and relevant experiences or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in IT Support, young graduates are welcome.
• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
• Experience with Remote Desktop application and help desk software.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• The ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees.
• A process improvement mindset.
• Software maintenance and testing capability.
• Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Having knowledge of LINE OA or Facebook will be an advantage.
