The Marketing Manager (New Market Development) will be responsible for developing and expanding new markets for 1577 home shopping's products, implementing innovative marketing strategies, and ensuring successful market penetration and sales growth.

Kewajiban

• Develop and Expand New Markets: Identify opportunities to introduce 1577 home shopping's products to untapped markets, analyze market trends, and execute strategies to ensure successful market penetration.
• Sales Growth: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in alignment with company goals.
• Launch Marketing Strategies: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches to ensure impact brand awareness and sales performance.
• Promotion Planning: Design and execute promotional campaigns that effectively drive sales and align with the company’s brand positioning and target audience.
• Market Research and Analysis:
> Conduct monthly market share analysis to identify challenges, gaps, and opportunities.
> Develop competitive strategies to enhance both short-term and long-term business performance.
• Lead Marketing Communications:
> Manage and guide the marketing to execute marketing communications that directly contribute to brand sales growth.
> Collaborate with NPD teams to ensure effective brand execution in the market.
• Data-Driven Strategy:
> Use data analytics to measure the success of strategies and campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement.
> Provide in-depth reports on brand sales, market trends, ROI, and ROA to support decision-making.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and eCommerce, to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving sales targets.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage the advertising and promotion (A&P) budget to align with profit and loss (P&L) objectives.

Kualifikasi

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, Sale, Business Development, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and launching new products.
• Proven success story in driving sales growth for new or unknown brands, including creating impactful marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Thai.
