Kewajiban
• Provide technical support and assistance to internal users within the company.
• Troubleshoot and repair computers, resolve IT-related issues, and provide guidance on basic software applications.
• Install and configure driver printers and network printers.
• Setup and install various devices, including notebooks, PCs, custom-built computers, and iMacs.
• Understand and manage file sharing through network systems.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and update operating systems (Windows, Linux OS, IOS) and applications such as Microsoft Office, Libre Office, and other software.
• Manage and support the Microsoft 365 platform and demonstrate basic knowledge of network systems.
• Supervise and provide guidance to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and support delivery.
• Continuously learn and explore new solutions, testing innovative methods to improve work efficiency and problem-solving.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Computer, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in IT Support/Technical Support roles, with the ability to lead a team, schedule shifts, and mentor team members.
• Proactive and eager to learn new tasks.
• Good communication skills with a friendly and service-minded attitude.
• Knowledge of various accessories and devices such as external drives, NAS, SD cards, and other connectivity equipment.
• Understanding of computer operations, printers, monitors, power backup devices, and other related equipment.
