The Human Resources officer / Admin is responsible for supervising HR personnel, prioritizing tasks, consulting with managers, analyzing policies, assisting in HR program development, ensuring recruitment policies are followed, and conducting management training.
Kewajiban
• Supervises HR personnel, including recommending training, establishing performance measures, evaluating work performance and completing annual reviews.
• Prioritizes and assigns tasks and projects to staff; tracks and reviews work progress.
• Consults with operations and corporate managers to ensure consistent administration of human resources programs and procedures.
• Analyzes, interprets and enforces human resources-related policies and procedures.
• Assists HR Manager in the development, implementation and tracking of HR programs and initiatives.
• Ensures recruitment policies and procedures are adhered to within an assigned region.
• Conducts management training regarding policies and procedures and related HR topics.
Kualifikasi
• Supervisory experience in HR.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of HR programs and initiatives.
• Training experience.
• Familiarity with recruitment policies and procedures.
